  • I'm a new customer. How do I order?

    Welcome to SmartFashion.com where you find the latest fashionable clothing with savings up to 75%. All the products you find on our site can be purchased online here and now. Click on a product you're interested in and select the size and color. Then click the 'Add to Cart'. You can now add multiple items in the basket, finding them on the site the same way. When you are ready to proceed to checkout, click on 'Shopping Cart'. Please have the bank or credit card details ready as well as delivery address.

  • Do you have a catalogue?

    No. SmartFashion.com does not make catalogs over the content of our pages. New products are added every day. Therefore, we recommend you to visit SmartFashion.com regularly to see the latest products.

  • Do you have a shop?

    No we don't have a shop. We are 100% based on the internet.

  • Can I call you?

    In the paymentphase you will receive an overview of the products you have added to basket and also the total price. When you choose "Go to checkout" you will be redirected to our secure server where you have to enter the following:

    • Creditcardnumber
    • Expiry date
    • Control digits

    If you don't fill out these fields correctly then SmartFashion.com can't register your purchase. After this press buttom "Accept" and the amount is reserved. The amount is first withdrawn when we ship your order from SmartFashion.com. You will receive invoice when you receive your order.

Questions regarding freight and delivery
  • Unfortunately it's not possible to pick up your order from our stock or office.

  • Time of delivery

    Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from order placement. Exceptions are items to be ordered from the manufacturer. Normal delivery time to addresses in Europe is 3-5 business days after the purchase. To Greenland the delivery time is 5-10 business days. The goods are sent by either DHL, Post Denmark, Svenska Posten or Schenker.

    When ordering both inventory items and goods that are marked as ordering goods, SmartFashion.com reserves the right to either send your order partial or total when backorder items arrive from the manufacturer.

    All goods are supplied while stocks last. SmartFashion.com has an intelligent inventory management, so that goods are only displayed on the Web site if they are in stock.

    Note: We reserve the right to correct price errors.

  • What do I have to pay for freight? Right now our orders are at 10EUR regardless of the ammount paid for the order. We need to make the delivery cost equal 0 EUR for any orders over 100 EUR.
  • Do you deliver to my country?

    We deliver to all countries inside the European Union and also Norway, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Switzerland and Russia.

  • Shall I pay customs on the products?

    You might have to pay customs if you order is delivered outside EU. The tariffs you have to pay is different for each country. So if you have doubts then contact your local customs office.

  • Can you place my package at an agreed place?

    No we can't. We only deliver directly to your adress using either DHL or PostDenmark.

  • Can I buy products from Guy, Girl, Men and Kids department in one order?

  • Can I change my order?

    Only if we have not packed your order. We pack all day so we need your change as soon as possible so we are able to change your order. Call us or email us as soon as possible.

  • If I am not home when my package arrives - what happens then?

    DHL or PostDenmark will place a note in your mailbox and you can afterwards pick it up at your local postal office. We recommend that you put in your work adress where there will aways be someone to receive it.

  • I need to change my delivery adress on my order.

    To change your adress of an already shipped order then you have to write to customerservice - remember to have your ordernumber and the nessesary changes ready. Our customerservice will get back to you regarding if it's possible to make the change.

  • My order is a gift - can I add a card?

    Unfortunately it's not possible to add a card or personal wishes to your order.

Tracking of your order
  • Can I track my order?

    Orders sent as parcels will have a track-and-trace number which you can look up at: Postdanmark.dk or DHL.com. It might take 36 hours before the parcel is registered with Post Denmark or DHL.com.

Return rights
  • Can I return or change a product at your office or stock?

    No it's not possible to come to our office to return or swap a product. If you want to swap a product we deliver the swapped product to your home adress. It's important that you fill out the returnform together with the products you want to swap or else we are not able to change your products. Return and substitution form

  • I need to return a product

    You are always welcome to return products. You can return products 14 days after you have received your order. If you regret your purchase - then you have to return the product in the same condition as you received the product.

    You have to pay for return freight for the products returned. The amount will be transferred to your account in max. 7 days from the moment we have received the product.

    It's important that you write your name, the invoicenumber and that you want your money repaid.

  • I have received a faulty product

    SmartFashion.com quality checks all products before shipment. However should there anyway be faults in the products then you should return the product as soon as possible. You have to write you name, invoicenumber and what is the fault with the product when it's returned. A faulty product will be replaced in 7-10 days from when we have received the product. If we don't have a replacement then we will refund you money in maximum 7 days from we have received the faulty product. We apply the EU purchase treaty where you have 2 year right to return faulty products. In any case your freight cost will be refunded. Faulty products needs to be returned to SmartFashion.com.

  • Im missing a product from my order.

    Unfortunately, errors accur. If you have received your order and there's missing a product, please contact us at customer service and please include your order number. We will then investigate.

  • I've got the wrong amount back

    Unfortunately, mistakes happen. If you believe that you've got the wrong amount back. Please contact customer service with your order number and the amount you think you should have received.
