We ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. Exceptions are items indicated as backorder products – they have longer delivery time. All goods are sent by DHL, Schenker, Post Nordic. All goods are supplied while stocks last. SmartFashion.com has an intelligent inventory management, so that goods are only displayed on the Web site if they are in stock. When ordering both inventory items and goods that is listed as backorder products SmartFashion.com reserves the right to either send the order partially or when backorder goods arrives from the manufacturer. You may CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE and RETURN the goods WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM. If you regret your purchase, simply return the product in the same condition as when you received it. You must pay the return freight for goods returned. The purchase price is credited to your account within 7 days. If you paid with a credit card the AMOUNT will be RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SmartFashion.com check all goods prior to shipment. Should there still be error in an expedition then just return your order. Please fill out the return form and enclose it with the goods.
